Charity has spent her career leading HR at the director level — building teams, untangling benefits, and sitting on the employer’s side of the insurance table. She is PHR-certified, holds a Master of Legal Studies in HR & Employment Law from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University alongside a bachelor’s in organizational management, and is pursuing board certification as a patient advocate (BCPA). Her toolkit runs deep: multi-state HR operations, EEOC charge responses, FLSA compliance, benefits administration, and fluency in every major HRIS platform.
She started Advocate HR Consulting for one reason: the people she most wanted to help were the ones the system was wearing down. Somewhere between her hundredth benefits question and her first won appeal, the name chose itself.
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute conversation. Employers, bring your hardest HR question. Families, bring the denial letter.
